Source-to-Contract (S2C) is the process from purchasing to contracting. In the S2C process, you lay the foundation for a good contract with suppliers. Purchase-to-pay is the integrated process that includes the steps from initiating the order request to final payment to suppliers. This process is designed to streamline the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the purchasing and payment activities within an organization. Source-to-pay is the chain process from purchase to payment. With an integrated Source-to-Pay chain, you ensure optimal use of purchasing opportunities and their realization!
