Service point 71 is the Shared Service Center for a number of municipalities in the Leiden region. In an interactive presentation, the two Procurement & Finance team managers talked about their goals, what went well, what lessons were learned and what dilemmas came up during the implementation. All participants were able to indicate which dilemmas were most recognisable and these were discussed in subgroups. The two dilemmas with the highest familiarity were:
- How do you deal with the limitations in the standard cloud software?
- How do you ensure a good (knowledge) transfer from the project organization to the line organization
