Royal Kaak's challenge
While preparing to implement an ERP system, Royal Kaak contacted us. The Finance Department just had a new application for processing invoices. At the same time, Procurement concluded that the new ERP system did not have all the features that were needed. For example, communication with suppliers about purchase orders and order confirmations was too limited.
